For exchanges and returns for hair bundles, closures, and frontals, Items for return / exchange must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted.

To process an exchange you must contact us via WhatsApp by clicking within (2) days of receipt of your order (determined by your shipment tracking).


You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to hygiene issues all wigs sales are final. However in the unlikely event that your wig is defective please contact us on whatsapp within (2) days of receiving your order for an exchange or for amendment depending on the circumstances .

Wigs for exchange must be in their original condition, lace uncut and packaging intact in order to be accepted.
